- Reservations are made via the platform, by e-mail or by telephone with the operator. A confirmation e-mail is sent in response by the operator. Only reservations confirmed in writing (e-mail) will be taken into account.
- The reservation is only valid after receipt of the total amount defined for the night(s), at least 2 days before the night(s).
- As a consequence of the above, the reservation is considered definitive upon receipt of the payment and reservation confirmation emails sent by the operator. In the case of a reservation by bank transfer, only the receipt of a valid proof of payment or the receipt of the full amount of the reservation on the bank account validates the reservation. In the meantime, the date(s) booked will still be available on the various platforms.
- Any balance due will be debited or paid in cash on check-out (balance + extras).
- In the event of cancellation, refunds are excluded.
No reason for cancellation is valid unless authorized in writing by the operator.
- Reservations can be changed for a later date as follows:
o Requests made at least 30 days before the initial reservation date: the change is free of charge;
o Requests made between the 29th and 15th days before the initial reservation date: the change is possible subject to payment of a fixed fee of €100, payable in cash;
o Requests made less than 15 calendar days before the initial reservation date: the change is no longer possible. The initial reservation is non-refundable.
Depending on availability and daily rates, the customer may be charged the additional cost of the change.
