Reservation conditions

 
- Reservations are made via the platform, by email or by phone with the operator. A confirmation email is sent in response by the operator. Only reservations confirmed in writing (email) are taken into account.
- The reservation is only valid after reception of the deposit amount defined for the night(s), at least 2 days before the night(s).
- As a consequence of the above, the reservation is considered as final upon reception of the confirmation emails of payment of the deposit and reservation, issued by the operator. In the case of a reservation by bank transfer, only the receipt of a valid proof of payment or the receipt of the full amount of the reservation on the bank account validates the reservation. In the meantime, the reserved date(s) will still be available on the various platforms.
- The balance due will be debited at check out (balance + extras)

Cancellation


- In case of cancellation, refund is excluded. The balance due will be debited on the scheduled check out day.

No reason for cancellation is valid unless written permission is given by the operator.

- The modification of the reservation for a later date is organized as follows:
o The request is made at least 30 days before the initial reservation date: the modification is free of charge;
o The request is made between the 29th and the 15th day before the initial reservation date: the modification is possible with the payment of a fixed sum of 100€, payable in cash;
o The request is made less than 15 calendar days before the initial reservation date: the modification is not possible. The initial reservation is not refundable.

Depending on availability and rates of the day, the client may be charged the additional amount of this modification.
