A discreet private parking space is available to ensure your peace of mind. For our visitors with electric vehicles, two charging stations are available on site.
Our accommodations are exclusively for adults. For reasons of peace and hygiene, pets are not allowed. A deposit is requested upon arrival. It will be refunded at the end of the stay if there is no damage or deterioration.
We offer catering meals "Warmth and food" (see below). You can find other catering options nearby (Ciney-Dinant) or via takeaway meals.

In the suite, the carefully thought-out interior decoration createsa refined and warm atmosphere. The velvet-effect wallpaper at the head of the bed, the black marble bathroom, and the subtle harmony between black, white, and wood tones create a real cocoon. Special mention goes to the rotating television, which can be turned towards the bed or the jacuzzi as desired: here, you don't have to leave your suite. Everything is within reach to experience a moment of pure well-being in complete privacy, between the sauna, hot tub, and the sweet life.
The Rez seduces with its peaceful atmosphere and intelligent layout. The space is divided between a simple and spacious room and a spectacular private wellness area. Here, white marble and midnight blue blend with golden accents in a cozy atmosphere, culminating in a giant screen installed in front of the spa for an immersive and relaxing experience for two.
Outside, the pool house offers a rare experience in Wallonia: a 28 m² room furnished in a refurbished container, opening onto a magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool, accessible from May 1 to October 1 (except in extreme weather conditions). Natural materials such as wood and terracotta tones bring warmth and elegance to this unusual accommodation. The large sunny terrace is equipped with a private outdoor spa and a bioclimatic pergola, so you can enjoy the space in any season, sheltered from the wind or sun.
Finally, the Lodges (1&2), also designed in high-quality containers, immerse you in the heart of nature thanks to a breathtaking view of the property's private pond. Whether you are in bed, on the terrace, or in the spa bath integrated into the bedroom, you are surrounded by peace and greenery. A true return to basics, ideal for recharging your batteries during a romantic weekend in Belgium. The Stay 3 features an outdoor Jacuzzi and a sauna with panoramic views of the pond.

To end your stay on a high note, breakfast is available as an option for €40 for two people. A generously filled platter is served right outside your suite and includes: bread, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, Nutella, milk, cocoa, jam, fruit juice, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Coffee and tea are unlimited.
Don't want to leave your room before dinner time? No problem, "ROOM SERVICE" is made for you! Order 5 days in advance and your meal will be ready to be heated up as soon as you arrive, "Ready to heat and eat."
