- Reservations are made via the platform, by email, or by phone with the operator. The operator will send a confirmation email in response. Only reservations that have been confirmed in writing (by email) will be taken into consideration.
- The reservation is only valid after receipt of the total amount set for the night(s), at least 2 days before the night(s).
- As a result of the above, the reservation is considered final upon receipt of the emails confirming payment and reservation issued by the operator. In the case of a reservation made by bank transfer, only the receipt of a valid proof of payment or the receipt of the full amount of the reservation in the bank account validates the reservation. In the meantime, the booked date(s) will still be available on the various platforms.
- Any balance due will be deducted or paid in cash at check-out (balance + extras).
- In geval van annulering vergoeding is uitgesloten.
Geen enkele reden voor annulering is geldig, tenzij schriftelijke toestemming is verkregen van de exploitant.
- De wijziging van de reservering voor een latere datum is als volgt georganiseerd:
o De aanvraag wordt ten minste 30 dagen vóór de eerste reserveringsdatum gedaan: de wijziging is gratis;
o The request is made betweenthe 29th and15th day before the first reservation date: the change is possible subject to payment of a fixed amount of €100, payable in cash;
o The request is made less than 15 calendar days before the first reservation date: the change is no longer possible. The first reservation is non-refundable.
Depending on availability and the rates on the day, the customer may be charged an additional fee for this change.
